Vermut Gilda Tinto
An aperitif with character, built on our own Tinta de Toro wine. A perfect balance of bitter and spice, with the depth that only comes from starting with a great wine. Served over ice, with orange and a gilda skewer on the side.
Tasting note
A base of our own Tinta de Toro wine macerated with herbs, roots, barks and spices, always with wormwood as the central ingredient. The right bitterness, the spiced edge and the depth that Toro wine gives it.
