Traditional cooking,
our way

Oven roasts and salt cod, in the house where the wine is born. Cooking tied to this land, to the produce and to the seasons, with the winery's wines served a few metres from where they are made.

Our food

Flavours that are part
of our land

Honest, recognisable cooking, where the produce and the tradition come first. Dishes made to enjoy, to share and to remember afterwards.

A oven- roast served in an earthenware dish at the Latarce restaurant

The specialities

Roast suckling pig,
the traditional way

Suckling pig roasted in the oven, with thin, crisp skin and meat that falls away on its own. A way of cooking that keeps the Castilian tradition and that is, along with the salt cod, what our guests order most.

Roast milk-fed lamb with potatoes, served at the Latarce restaurant

The specialities

Roast milk-fed lamb or kid,
the traditional way

Milk-fed lamb or kid roasted in the oven, with golden, crisp skin and tender, juicy meat. A way of cooking that keeps the Castilian tradition and brings out all the flavour of these meats.

Salt cod in an earthenware dish with garlic and paprika

The specialities

Salt cod,
as it has always been made

Ajoarriero style, oven-baked or slow-cooked in oil, with its touch of paprika and a few slices of garlic. A classic of Castilian cooking that here is still made slowly, in an earthenware dish and with seasonal produce.

The oven- roast: milk-fed lamb and suckling pig, with golden skin and juicy meat. And the salt cod, as it has always been made in Toro.

Is there a midday menu?

Yes, «La mesa de Latarce», Wednesday to Friday at midday, €32 with VAT included. It changes every week.

Can I see the menu before coming?

Yes. The menus section has the midday menu, the restaurant menu and the wine selection, all as PDFs.

Can I buy the wines served at the table?

Yes. They are the wines we make right here, and you can take them from the winery itself or order them from the online shop.
