A tasting
you will not forget
25€ per personVAT included · six wines, ibérico ham and Zamora cheeses · 45 minutes
Six limited-production wines, ibérico ham and cheeses from Zamora. A small, modern winery built to make top-end wines, told by the people who make them every day.
You walk in where the work happens and taste where the Tinta de Toro ferments. No script, no hurry.
The setting
You taste where
the wine is made
No borrowed rooms: the table is set inside the winery itself, among the steel tanks where the Tinta de Toro ferments and a step away from the barrel hall. White linen, one glass per wine and the bottles waiting at the far end.
Small groups, ten people maximum. You taste slowly, asking questions, with the person who makes the wine on the other side of the table.
Who guides it
No script tells it,
the people who live it do
Our tastings are led by the winery team: trained people who know every vintage because they saw it born, and who walk this house every day of the year. They do not recite a fact sheet: they explain why this barrel and not another, what happened in that harvest and what they look for when they taste a wine before bottling it.
That is the difference. You hear it in how they talk, in the questions they ask back and in how much they want you to leave with more than a glass: the story of why it tastes like this.
